Celia joined the Customer Service team at Currie European on the 4th of January 2010.

From her first day Celia has been helping our customers with real time enquiries:
  • She can show them on a map exactly where their freight is at that moment.
  • She can show the times of arrival.
  • She can show the Proof of Delivery document.

From her desk in the office Celia can also monitor shipments to email Customer :
  • An Estimated Time of Arrival when it is within an hour of the destination.
  • A confirmation once the load is confirmed as arrived.
  • Alerts if the load may be running late.
  • A combination from or all of the above.
